Food & Beverage Supervisor
Reports to: Food & Beverage Manager
As a member of the food service team, you will be one of the ambassadors of the brand that ensure all member and guest requests are being attended to in an efficient manner while soaking up the many unique benefits the Vernon Golf & Country Club has for its employees. You will:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Lead the Food and Beverage team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
- Assist in recruiting and training all service staff
- Balance operational, administrative, and service staff needs
- Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with service team to implement agreed upon strategies, practices, and promotions
- Have full knowledge of all restaurant menus
- Follow restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling Food and Beverage
- Other duties assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager as the needs of the business demand
WHAT YOU BRING
- Previous Food and Beverage leadership experience required
- Bartending Experience Required
- Previous point of sale system experience required
- Computer literate in Microsoft applications required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous
- Reliable transportation is essential
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
